Richmond, Virginia, May 5, 2025 – Allianz Partners USA has been presented with a coveted Gold Stevie® Award in the Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats) - All Other Industries category at the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The travel insurance and assistance company was also recognized with three other awards, taking Silver for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - All Other Industries and a Silver for Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy. The company also received a Bronze award in the category of Sales Incentive Program of the Year. In total, Allianz Partners USA now has won 40 Stevie Awards for sales and customer service, including seven gold, since 2015.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®.
Winners were announced during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on April 10, 2025.
